工作內容：Responsibilities Process and coordinate securities and derivatives transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices, ensuring accurate and timely settlement. Monitor settlement activities and evaluate data to identify errors, implement corrective actions, and maintain the quality of completed tasks. Apply data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvement opportunities within the securities and derivatives settlement cycle. Analyze operational data to support recommendations for new products, services, or platform enhancements. Identify gaps in existing policies and propose practical steps to streamline settlement workflows and reduce processing risk. Prepare operational reports and analyses in line with defined procedures, ensuring outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards. Coordinate with internal teams across functions to ensure assigned settlement tasks are completed effectively and within established controls.
