【助理工程師 Assistant Engineer 工作內容】
【以下工作內容都可以從頭學起，即便您沒有基礎，本公司會給予專門的指導與訓練，只要您願意虛心學習】
1.規劃公司品保制度、流程建立及表單的建立與執行。
2.品管規範執行、流程維護與管理，協助持續持行與改善。
3.必要時協助來料進貨檢驗，客戶不良品異常分析、客訴處理。
4.供應商品質維護、供應鏈管理、稽核與工作要求，並能配合出差(短期、中期)。
5.產品AutoCAD製圖、產品3D製圖、產品資料蒐集與分析。
【我們可提供在職學習AutoCad繪圖技能】
6.產品承認文件建立與維護。
7.歐盟RoHs法規的蒐集與了解，客戶環保法規系統上傳與更新維護。

◎ 男女不拘，歡迎電子零件(Passive components)相關產業二年以上經驗者優先入取。

【Assistant Engineer – Job Responsibilitiesy】
You can learn everything from scratch — no prior experience is needed. As long as you‘re willing to learn with an open mind, we‘ll provide full training and guidance!
1. Assist in planning and establishing the company’s quality assurance (QA) systems, procedures, and related documentation forms, as well as executing them.
2. Implement and manage quality control standards; maintain and improve QA processes and workflows on a continuous basis.
3. Support incoming material inspections, analyze customer returns and defective products, and assist in handling customer complaints when necessary.
4. Maintain supplier quality standards, support supply chain management, conduct supplier audits, and fulfill job-related requirements, including short- and mid-term business travel.
5. Perform AutoCAD drafting and conduct product data collection and analysis.

6. Prepare and maintain product approval documents.
7. Research and monitor EU RoHS regulations; manage and update environmental compliance information in customer systems.
