工作內容：1. System Implementation & Configuration: a) Deploy and configure MES solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements. b) Ensure integration with ERP, PLC, and other factory systems. 2. Process Mapping & Digitization: a) Map production processes and translate them into digital workflows. b) Enable paperless production tracking and traceability. 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Data Collection: a) Ensure MES captures production data accurately (e.g., yield, downtime, WIP). b) Support dashboards and KPIs for operations visibility. 4. Support Production & Troubleshooting: a) Provide frontline support for MES issues on the production floor. b) Troubleshoot data, system, and interface errors. 5. System Maintenance & Upgrades: a) Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups. b) Coordinate MES software upgrades and patches. 6. User Training & Documentation: a) Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on MES functionality. b) Maintain clear documentation for MES processes and change control. 7. Compliance & Traceability: a) Ensure the MES supports traceability, quality checks, and regulatory compliance (especially important in automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors). 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
