工作內容：1. 配合公司社會回饋部門籌辦社會回饋活動，如：社區評估，糧食發放，個案關懷...等。 2. 依公司政策撰寫月計畫表、季計畫表及年度計畫表。 3. 發落並確保當地工作人員確實完成工作。 4. 為當地志工舉辦各種教育提升精神或職能。 5. 攏聚當地職工向心力。

工作內容：1、 參與當地規章制度的制定和修訂。 2、 負責管理和維護辦公室的設施。 3、 完成公司內部行政、人事等管理工作，合理有效的安排公務用車，保證出車及時。 4、 負責公司公共環境的衛生清與環境維護管理。 5、 日常接待、協調與政府有關主管部門的關係（如消防等），給公司創造良好的外部支持環境。 6、 協調與行業有關的管理機構、協會及其他有關企業的關係，在同行業當中提升公司的知名度。 7、 負責各類活動的組織策劃和運行。

工作內容：1、 組織實施公司下達的生產經營計劃，根據公司生產計劃制定下屬各部門工作計劃，並分派工作任務至個下屬部門，組織並召開產前會議，傳達每款訂單生產注意事項。 2、 督導下屬各部門的日常生產活動，定期召開有關會議，發現問題、分析問題，採取有效措施，確保生產線正常運轉。 3、 貫徹、執行公司的成本控制目標，積極減少廠區的各種成本，確保在提高產量、保證品質的前提下不斷降低生產成本。 4、 加強管理，確保下屬各部門和各類人員職責、許可權規範化，建立品質管理體系。 5、 組織下屬的職業發展和培訓工作。 6、 貫徹執行公司的安全管理規章制度，確保廠區無安全事故發生。 7、 切實做好環境保護和勞動保護工作。
