工作內容:★Job Summary:
The Motherboard Technical Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and technical positioning of motherboard products. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in motherboard technologies and marketing skills to collaborate with engineering, sales, and product management teams. The role focuses on market research, competitive analysis, sales enablement, technical content creation, and product lifecycle management to support product adoption and revenue growth.
★Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for motherboard product lines.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to define product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Create technical marketing content including datasheets, presentations, demos, white papers, blogs, and training materials.
• Lead sales enablement initiatives by training sales teams on product features, competitive advantages, and key differentiators.
• Support product launches with coordinated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Collect and analyze product performance metrics and campaign results to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Serve as a technical expert and advocate for motherboard products internally and externally.
• Act as a liaison for gathering customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to development teams.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and end-of-life processes.
• Stay current with motherboard technology advancements, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
★Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing with technical products, preferably in motherboard, PC hardware, or semiconductor markets.
• Solid understanding of motherboard architecture, chipset technologies, CPU platforms (e.g., Intel, AMD), and peripheral interfaces.
• Proven ability to develop technical marketing content and run go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience with sales enablement and delivering product training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive positioning, and marketing ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling technical messaging.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, analytics platforms, content management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support sales and marketing initiatives.
