(A) Work closely with Operation, Business Development Team and Group Finance team to complete stores lease renewal process and conduct related financial assessment:
- Lease renewal proposal review
- New site development
- P&L projection for the new leases
- Rental reduction simulation
- Facilitte HK approval process for lease renewal
(B) Work as a communication window with Group Finance regarding new site analysis.
(C) Market trend and competitor analysis:
- Financial data comparison (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
- Non-financial information collection to support interpretating financial data.
(D) Ad hoc request.
