工作內容

※本工作通過試用期後，需出差受訓6個月，出差津貼另計。 本工作主要負責維護與管理現有的國際客戶關係及業務運作，確保客戶需求得到滿足並持續提供優質服務，而非積極開發新客戶。 本工作將學習並熟悉各種運動器材的功能，以及完整的國際貿易流程，包括：詢價與報價、樣品準備、訂單與出貨、驗貨與驗廠、售後服務等。當工作經驗與能力達到一定水準後，您將學習如何向國外客戶介紹並推銷產品。 此外，根據國外客戶的需求，還會不定期進行產品設計與開發，或是改良產品的結構、功能、外觀等方面。 (1) 此工作需要大量文書處理，工作初期不需拜訪客戶，也不需頻繁進行線上會議。 (2) 對外需與客戶保持良好溝通，主要透過郵件或通訊軟體進行聯繫。 (3) 對內需與公司團隊和工廠保持順暢的溝通。 (4) 處理國貿書信及郵件。 (5) 進行報價、樣品準備、客戶反饋追蹤，並完善客戶的產品要求。 (6) 處理訂單、產品詳細規格與外觀的核對、出貨流程及相關文件。 (7) 安排驗貨與驗廠工作。 (8) 追蹤產品銷售情況。 (9) 負責售後服務、維修及客訴處理。 (10) 與客戶溝通產品設計開發需求，並統整設計案資料。 (11) 處理日常業務雜項及主管交辦事項。 (12) 定期參與國內外展會，並協助接待國內外訪客。 (13) 通過試用期後，將根據表現與能力調整薪資。 (14) 依據業務能力與表現，有機會安排國外出差參展或拜訪客戶。
