Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications: Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and fix mechanical systems Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to components level Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite. Understanding of the process flow related to area equipment Problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks Ability in multi-tasking complex projects and enjoy working in a fast pace environment Time management, organization, and prioritization skills Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments - Able to perform 12-hour work shift Good communication and interpersonal skills Highly initiative and good problem solving skills

1. 規劃與公司及客戶規章符合之客戶服務作業流程 (如:相關表單製作、客服作業流程) 2. 制定部門人力編制及工作執掌，有效進行客服人員的培訓、激勵、輔導及管理，提出明確客服系統需求，與工程人員協調溝通 3. 工安相關工作及人員管理, 符合客戶規定與需求, 達成零工安之工作目標 4. 協助及指導客服專員 (如: 客服自我情緒調適、協助回覆要求高品質之顧客等) 5. 客服人員品質維護，定期安排合適課程、並檢視過去機台裝機及維護品質以供未來調整 6. 檢視客戶滿意度，並向上報告，如顧客滿意度低需找出問題點並提出解決方案 7. 各項客服相關管理表單製作與分析，有效強化內稽內控之作業執行 8. 客訴案件處理
