As the legal headquarters of a multinational corporation, GLC handles legal affairs across regions including Taiwan, Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance with international laws. The diverse scope of work allows you to learn in various fields and develop a global perspective. Responsibilities: 1. Contract Drafting and Review: a. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in both Chinese and English, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance. b. Manage and resolve domestic and international disputes and litigation, providing strategic legal advice to mitigate risks. 2. Legal Compliance: a. Provide comprehensive legal consultation to ensure the company’s adherence to local and international laws and regulations. b. Oversee compliance with customs trade laws, fair trade practices, privacy protection regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks. c. Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to safeguard the company’s interests. 3. Intellectual Property Management: a. Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. b. Provide expert advice on IP-related matters and execute projects to protect and enforce the company’s IP rights. c.
