Job Summary:
Preparing baked goods, collaborating with the baking team to ensure smooth operation, and ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards and safety regulations. Additionally, responsible for providing baking instructions to assist with assistant’s operations, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and implementing food safety measures.
準備烘焙食材,並與烘焙團隊協力合作完成作業流程,以確保烘焙品項皆能達到一定品質及衛生標準。另外,西點師傅需負責指導西點餐廚助手作業流程以確保廚房之清潔及達到食安標準。
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare baked goods to ensure an adequate supply is available for food service.準備烘焙品項以確保現場供應之足額數量
• Collaborate to ensure smooth operation of our baking team.
與烘焙團隊協力合作以確保供應線之順暢
• Collaborate with the pizza bar team members and provide clear work instructions to baking assistants to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery. 與pizza團隊合作並提供西點餐廚助手作業流程指導以確保烘焙團隊之作業流程順暢
• Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols; monitor production quantities to reduce food waste.確保遵守食品安全規範,並注意生產數量以減少食物浪費
• Handle catering orders for baked goods, ensuring customers are served according to their orders. 處理烘焙食品的餐飲訂單,確保訂單完成
• Provide assistance where needed. 支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作
Qualifications:
• Min. three years high-volume baking experience, High School
至少三年高產量之相關烘焙工作經驗,高中畢
• Native Chinese proficiency; ability to read basic English (recipes and catering orders) 流利中文並具備基本英文閱讀能力
• Class C Technician Certificate for Baking 具丙級烘焙西點蛋糕證照
• Extensive baking knowledge 具備豐富的烘焙知識
• Attention to detail, strong concept of sanitation 能謹慎小心以確保訂單內容之正確性、食物之品質及衛生
• Able to stand for long periods of time 可接受長時間久站
• Able to lift heavy objects, Ability to work quickly and accurately
能準確有效完成工作並能配合搬運重物
10-month position every school year
Work schedule: 05:00 AM to 13:30 PM, inclusive 0.5 hour lunch break
