Process Improvement: • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. • Streamline data collection and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field with Professional certification (CPA) • 8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role in FMCG. • Proven experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and comprehensive variance analysis processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable business insights. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience with financial planning software (e.g. SAP BPC and Anaplan) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) will be a plus.
