Develops and maintains strong ties with Commercial Banking teams across the globe, in particular CCB colleagues working across the same sector vertical, CCB colleagues supporting subsidiary businesses overseas (Commercial Subsidiaries Group). Collaborate and work closely with various product teams (cash sales, trade finance, markets, corporate finance), Underwriting / Risk teams. Work with Senior Relationship Managers to analyse client relationships, risks & opportunities, assists with credit application write-up, financial spreading, deal structuring, returns calculation, documentation review & preparation. Administrate the credit relationship of clients, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes. Understand key commercial banking processes & solutions, including Transactional Banking, FX, Trade, Treasury, Working Capital and Lending products.
