  • 工作內容 •作為客戶與內部跨部門主要窗口，負責專案時程、風險與進度追蹤。 •主導 NPI → MP 的測試規劃，包括 test flow、bin、test limit review 與量產準備。 •協調 tester/handler/hardware readiness，包含 load board、probe card、socket 與產能配置。 •支援 test program 整合：版本管理、GR&R、correlation、DOE 與測試優化。 •監控良率、UPH 與 cycle time，並推動異常處理、FA 與改善行動。 •建立並輸出測試數據分析、專案報告與客戶/管理層更新。 • Act as the primary interface between customer and cross-functional teams, managing schedule, risks, and project execution. • Lead test planning from NPI to MP, including test flow, bin plan, test limit review, and mass-production readiness. • Coordinate tester/handler/hardware readiness, including load board, probe card, socket, and capacity planning. • Support test program integration: version control, GR&R, correlation, DOE, and optimization. • Monitor yield, UPH, and cycle time; drive issue containment, FA coordination, and improvement actions. • Deliver data analysis, project reports, and regular updates to customers and management.
