You will lead MANE’s Fragrances & Flavors business in Taiwan by managing local office operations, driving strategic business development, and ensuring seamless alignment with MANE Shanghai and global teams.
Based in Taipei, Taiwan (with frequent travel to Shanghai), you will act as both a commercial leader and office manager, developing a high-performing local team and sustainably expanding market share.
You will build strong relationships with key customers, inspire and empower your team, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to deliver tailored solutions and achieve business growth.
Your role will include:
Leadership & Office Management
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Taiwan office team (Sales, R&D, Administration), fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability, with full P&L responsibility for the Taiwan office.
• Establish and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure objectives are achieved or exceeded.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional client service, and proactive project execution.
Strategic Business Development
• Identify and analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover and capture new growth opportunities in Fragrances & Flavors in Taiwan.
• Develop and implement local business strategies to increase sales, improve market share, and build long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a point of contact and 〝bridge〝 between MANE Taiwan and MANE Shanghai (and/or other global affiliates), ensuring strategic and operational alignment.
• Maintain strong communication with Shanghai by organizing regular cross-functional meetings to share technical knowledge, discuss product innovations, and exchange market insights.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Knowledge Transfer
• Collaborate closely with Shanghai’s R&D, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for Taiwanese clients.
• Ensure clear communication and effective project management across all functions.

Your professional profile includes:
• A Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of commercial experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the flavors and/or fragrances industry (or related FMCG/ingredient sectors).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and local office operations.
• Strong track record of driving business growth and building strategic client relationships.

Additional information
• Initial 2–3 months of onboarding and training based at MANE Shanghai to immerse in corporate culture, learn R&D and marketing processes, and establish key internal networks.
• After relocating to Taipei, frequent travels to Shanghai (approximately every 6 weeks initially) to maintain strong integration with the regional hub and ensure continuous knowledge transfer.
