1.Define and implement ER policies and case management standards that ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with global labor regulations.
2.Partner with HRBPs and leaders to resolve ER cases effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and respect.
3.Design and manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, insurance, and well-being initiatives.
4.Establish governance frameworks to monitor utilization and employee satisfaction with benefit programs.
5.Explore flexible and localized benefits solutions to support diverse workforce needs.
6.Lead the development of rewards initiatives beyond compensation, including recognition frameworks and special incentive programs.
7.Ensure all ER, benefits, and rewards policies are consistent with Compal’s global strategy, while allowing for local adaptation.
8.Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate ER, benefits, and rewards into the broader employee experience and culture transformation agenda.
