We are looking for a Channel Partner Account Manager to manage distributor-related business across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and Japan, based in Taiwan.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your accounts, driving product and solution sales across Rakon’s product portfolio. Working at the forefront of oscillator technology, you will focus on the development and management of agents, distributors, and sales coordinators throughout the region.

You will be based in Taiwan and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager in Taiwan.
Your Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the sales strategy for assigned channel accounts.
• Autonomous and Confirm delivery schedule with factory to meet the customer expectation,
• Plan the demand forecast and Drive business growth through existing and new distributor/agent partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Business Development, Product Management, and the factory Coordinators team.
Your Skills and Experience:
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Initial sales experience in electronic components, preferably within the telecom or datacom industries is plus.
• Technical knowledge in positioning or time synchronization is a plus.
• Highly self-disciplined and fluent in English (spoken and written).
