Key Responsibilities:
The CRM Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for customer data management by establishing simple and effective processes to collect, verify, maintain, and govern customer data across multiple customer-related platforms. Additionally, he/she is responsible for delivering frontline metrics within customer data domain to drive superior customer engagement and data quality.
Job Description:
Primary: Customer Data Management:
Manage and ensure integrity and validity of customer data across all customer-related platforms .
Implement and maintain ONEHCP data solution.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Optimize data collection and management processes.
Secondary: Frontline Metrics
Collaborate and align with commercial stakeholders to establish reporting frameworks.
Provide routine reports on qualities of customer data to relevant stakeholders.
Drive process and system improvements by collecting and synthesizing.

Qualifications/skills:
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, Economics (incl. statistics) or related field.
Proven experience in CRM platform management such as Veeva, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
Experience with data governance and compliance.
Strong data and analytical skills and experience with reporting tools such as Qlik, Power BI and Tableau.
