工作內容
1. Responsible for achieving the room sales department objectives and revenue goal of the hotel
負責完成客房業務部銷售目標和酒店的收入目標
2. Oversees the room sales department and works with the DOS in achieving the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals
監督整個客房業務部門的運作,與業務協理共同努力,以實現酒店的市場定位和收入目標
3. Provides support and advice to the DOS in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel
與行銷業務有關的酒店戰略計畫和總體經營目標方面,向業務協理提供建議和支持,樹立酒店良好的品牌

4. Protects and guards corporate standards and hotel image
維護集團的標準,品牌的一致性和酒店形象
5. To work with the DOSM and DOS to establish the strategic business plan for room sales.
與行銷業務協理及業務協理一起制定客房業務銷售計劃
6. Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
了解整體市場 - 競爭對手的優勢和劣勢,經濟趨勢,供應和需求等,並了解如何對其進行銷售。
7. Reports on the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing programs.
報告行銷業務活動的有效性。
8. Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
支持公司的服務和關係戰略,通過在每位客戶體驗中提供卓越的服務來提高客戶忠誠度。
9. Manages guest relations and client needs, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and client feedback.
