【Responsibilities】
• Identify Prospects: Conduct extensive research to identify potential clients, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and distributors in the medical devices market.
• Explore Opportunities: Act as a liaison between vendors and customers to foster and develop new business relationships.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our medical devices, ensuring the attainment of sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our medical device products, features, and benefits to communicate effectively with clients.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, market competition, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, highlighting the value and applications of our medical devices.
• Sales Materials: Create and customize sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and complies with relevant regulations.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
