Position: Principal, Transportation What You Will Do: Planning: Daily and weekly planning with the carriers, ensuring the loads are covered according to the routing plan prepared by the carrier managers. Position: Senior Manager, Inbound & Capacity Planning What you will do: -Work backwards from the needs of the customers and vendors to shorten lead times, reduce rejections and improve the vendor experience. -Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed. -Utilize data to effectively prioritize the most impactful actions to deliver key business results. -Effectively dive deep to identify the root cause of issues, develop solutions and implement the solve. -Manage inbound and capacity forecasting processes to ensure our supply chain can support our growing needs. -Guide the development of processes and controls to monitor behavior of Forecasting, Inbound, and Fulfillment systems and continuously improve existing capabilities. Essential Qualifications: -10+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and/or Supply Chain. -Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related fields. -Demonstrated ability to partner to deliver business results. -Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority. -Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges. -Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence. -Dual Language capability in English and Chinese is preferred. -Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a strong preference. -Ability to set lofty goals with a relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible. -Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; in e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.
