Purpose of Role
*Area of responsibility: Talent Acquisition, Talent Insurance & Talent Relationships
In order to achieve business goals, assist Director of Human Resources & Human Resources Manager and by fulfilling various Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Talent Insurance, Talent Activities and Administration. To be actively aware of and organize the day to day activities of the Human Resources Department.
Responsibly Description
- Manage the recruitment systems within the hotel, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new hires.
- According to market situation to make strategy plan to attract and recruit best Talent for W Taipei
- Maintain an up to date internal position vacancy listing and Marriott Careers website.
- Receive, Register and sort incoming applications for employment and action accordingly. Screen applications to ensure they meet W Brand standards.
- Insurance processes for full-time Talent, interns, and Casual Talent to ensure compliance with government regulations and hotel policies.
- Plan and execute Talent activities to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies for the establishment.
- Maintain a filing and tracking system.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

*主要職責領域: 英才招募,英才保險以及英才活動規劃及執行
為了達成業務目標,協助人力資源總監與人力資源經理,執行各項人力資源職能,包括英才招聘、英才保險、英才活動及行政事務。需積極了解並組織人力資源部門的日常工作。
主要負責事項
- 管理飯店的招聘系統,特別是針對廣告發布、履歷篩選、工作許可、背景調查以及所有新進員工的流程。
- 根據市場狀況制定策略計畫,以吸引並招募最優秀的英才加入台北W飯店。
- 維護最新的內部職缺海報及萬豪國際招募網站。
- 接收、登記並分類所有求職申請,並根據情況採取相應行動。篩選申請資料,確保符合W品牌標準。
- 執行全職英才、實習生及兼職英才的保險作業,確保符合政府法規及飯店政策。
- 規劃與執行英才活動,營造多元工作環境。
- 參與並執行飯店的人力資源政策。
- 維護檔案系統與追蹤機制。
- 其他主管交辦事項
