【你的工作內容|What You Will Do】
1. 招募行政支援:
-負責管理與更新公司內外部招募平台上的海外職缺資訊。
-協助安排線上面試,並發送面試通知與提醒。
-建檔與維護應徵者資料庫,確保資料的準確性與完整性。
2. 資料整理與文件管理:
-協助海外據點的人事資料(入職、離職、異動)建檔與歸檔。
-負責人資部門各類文件(如:合約、規章、流程圖)的列印、掃描與基本整理。
3. 基礎市場研究
-依據資深人資要求,協助利用公開資源蒐集特定海外市場的基礎人力市場資訊或勞動法規摘要。
4. 跨部門協調與溝通
-作為海外人資團隊的聯繫窗口,協助傳達資訊給其他行政部門或海外據點。

1. 英語能力佳(TOEIC 800+),可流利使用英文進行口說。
2. 抗壓、適應快、跨文化溝通能力佳。

【What You Will Do】
1.Recruitment Administrative Support:
-Responsible for managing and updating overseas job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms.
-Assist in scheduling online interviews and sending out interview notifications and reminders.
-Establish and maintain the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
2.Data Organization and Documentation:
-Assist in documenting and archiving personnel data (onboarding, termination, changes) for overseas subsidiaries.
-Responsible for printing, scanning, and basic organization of various HR documents (e.g., contracts, regulations, flow charts).
3.Basic Market Research:
-Based on senior HR requests, assist in using public resources to gather basic human resource market information or labor law summaries for specific overseas markets.
4.Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication:
-Act as the liaison for the overseas HR team, assisting in relaying information to other administrative departments or international offices.
【Requirements】
1.Excellent English Proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent), capable of fluent spoken communication.
2.High resilience to pressure, fast adaptability, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
3.Possesses an international perspective and a high sense of responsibility, eager for challenges and professional growth.
