【你的工作內容】
1. 負責海外招募作業,包含履歷篩選、邀約安排、面試執行與後續追蹤
2. 執行招募流程並追蹤成效,達成每月招募目標,並製作相關報表
3. 協助海外據點人才招募、聘用與任用相關行政作業
4. 協助公司人資制度於海外據點推動與落實,確保制度運作順暢
5. 蒐集海外勞動法規與人才市場資訊,協助提供招募與人資建議
6. 參與國際化相關人資專案之規劃與執行
7. 完成主管交辦事項
【你需要具備的條件】
1. 對招募、人力資源或跨國人才發展工作有興趣
2. 英文能力佳(TOEIC 800+),可獨立進行英文面試(無經驗可培訓)
3. 口語表達流利,具親和力與良好溝通能力
4. 適應力佳,樂於接觸跨文化溝通與國際人才招募工作
5. 細心負責,具執行力,願意學習並持續成長

If you’re interested in international HR development and have strong English communication skills, this role offers the opportunity to work with global teams and gain hands-on experience in overseas recruitment and HR operations.
Whether you have prior experience or not, as long as you’re passionate about HR, you’ll be able to grow your capabilities and contribute to building a global talent network.
【What You Will Do】
1. Overseas HR Operations – Manage HR functions for overseas offices, including recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and talent retention.
2. Recruitment Execution – Execute recruitment processes, track performance, achieve monthly hiring targets, and prepare recruitment reports.
3. HR Policy Implementation – Support the implementation of company HR policies across overseas locations and ensure compliance with internal systems and local regulations.
4. Market & Regulatory Research – Monitor overseas labor regulations and talent market trends and provide relevant insights.
5. International Talent Acquisition – Lead cross-border recruitment and support hiring for key positions.
6. HR Projects – Participate in planning and executing HR initiatives related to the company’s global expansion.
7. Other Tasks – Perform other assignments delegated by supervisors.
【What We Are Looking For】
1. Experience in recruitment or international HR is preferred.
2. Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 800+), with the ability to conduct interviews independently.
3. Fluent, friendly, and confident in verbal communication.
