Responsibilities:
1.Coordinates and supports the execution of recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2.Organize and manage new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation, explaining company policies and procedures, and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
3.Act as the primary point of contact with the leasing company, handle leasing requests from line managers and ensure accuracy in monthly invoice.
4.Handle HR related inquiries or requests from employees in a timely and fair manner.
5.Assist with monthly payroll process, overtime management and headcount monitoring.
6.Maintain HR systems to streamline HR processes, including on-boarding system, e-flow (e.g. google form, power automate).
7.Manage HR documentation, including employee files, and other relevant documents.
8.Provide support to HR projects.
9.Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

1. 招募全流程執行,涵蓋職缺刊登、履歷篩選、面試安排與錄用管理。
2. 主導及優化新進員工入職流程,負責迎新會與政策解說。
3. 協調與管理租賃公司事務,審核需求並確保帳務準確性。
4. 回應員工人資相關查詢,並確保符合政策及公平性。
5. 協助薪資計算作業,包括出勤審核與加班管理。
6. 維護與更新人資系統,優化資料處理與流程作業效率。
7. 管理人資相關文件檔案,確保數據準確及保密性。
8. 支援人資相關專案執行,推動組織目標達成。
9. 持續追蹤勞動法規的最新動態,確保業務合規運作。
10. 其他事項。
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree and above
-At least 3 years HR experience
-Logic thinking and well-organized.
-Proactive in solving problems and take initiatives in efficiency improvement.
-Middle level of oral and written communication in English.
-Effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
