This position is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s device interface products in Taiwan (probe cards, load boards, and related products), working closely with the regional customer teams and global business partners.
With guidance and support from Sales Account Managers, you will participate in the full commercial cycle—from opportunity development, pricing strategy, and project advancement through delivery execution—while gradually building the capability to engage customers independently and drive business results.
The role includes driving bookings/revenue, achieving business goals, increasing market share, and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Maintain existing customer accounts and drive commercial activities, gradually increasing independence under Sales Account Managers’ guidance
• Develop new opportunities and account strategies: identify needs, analyze competitors, articulate differentiated value, and define next steps
• Drive the RFQ-to-PO strategic sales process: consolidate requirements, align internal pricing strategy, execute external quotation and commercial negotiation, and support order placement through delivery—ensuring key decisions and milestones are actively advanced
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align resources and balance cost, lead time, quality, and customer expectations
• Drive bookings/revenue, achieve business goals, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction
• Apply data- and logic-driven problem solving (e.g., lead time / risk trade-offs and mitigation actions)
Growth Path (0–6m / 6–12m / 12–24m)
0–6 months | Ramp-up & Build Fundamentals
• Learn products, customer operating models, and internal workflows (RFQ → Quote → PO → Delivery)
• Under Sales Account Managers’ guidance, participate in customer communication, pricing discussions, and cross-functional alignment
• Build strong responsiveness, ownership, and follow-through; drive issues to closure with clear actions and updates
6–12 months | Build Clear Ownership Scope
• Gradually take ownership as the commercial point of contact for selected small-to-mid accounts and/or defined project scope, and learn to manage pace and progress
• Support opportunity tracking discipline (status, risks, and next actions) to strengthen pipeline execution
• Join customer visits and presentations; independently handle basic commercial communication and action follow-up
12–24 months | Expand Exposure & Move Toward Full Ownership
• Gain opportunities to support global top customer activities/projects (under Sales Account Managers’ leadership)
• If performance and maturity are recognized at this stage, there may be an opportunity to transition into a Sales Account Manager role and independently manage customer accounts and business development
• As responsibilities expand, travel frequency for cross-region / cross-country customer support may increase (customer visits, cross-regional collaboration, and key project milestones)
