工作內容
• Evaluate & communicate order status to suppliers.
Share order forecast if necessary
• Support PO confirmations
• Communicate recommended order changes (i.e. dates, quantities, locations, etc.)
• Push PO bookings in advance
• Communicate updated shipping date
• Manage expedite requests including air freight arrangements
• Manage supplier responses
• Fix document discrepancy issue
• Communicate payment discrepancy and due payment issues
• Maintain contact with Inventory Managers and Logistic team
• Monitor supplier shipping performance and escalate supplier performance issue to aligned Supplier
Relationship Managers for improvement
• Assist Inventory Managers by initiating and maintaining updates and corrections to the key data
elements that drive the replenishment system.
• Keep management informed of any scheduling or shipping issues.
• Communicate with freight forwarder on logistics issues and delays around shipments and bookings.
• Communicate with Grainger Accounting Department on payment discrepancy and due payment
• Assist with annual SR/CTPAT activities
• Demonstrate best practices by developing and managing working relationships with company
personnel and supplier contacts to ensure an effective flow of product within the supply chain.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and communicate to appropriate personnel to improve performance quality.
• Provide feedback and guidance as needed to ensure suppliers conform to company performance.
薪資福利:
月薪: NT$40,000 ~ NT$60,000,依學經歷及工作經驗而定
年終獎金:一個月薪資(若服務未滿一年,按比例發放)

條件
• Bachelor Degree, and 1-3 years work-related experience.
• Must be personal computer (PC) literate and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office such as
MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Must have communication skills necessary to convey essential information clearly and concisely, both
written and verbal, and must utilize active listening skills while sharing that information.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills are required to be able to manage multiple tasks
concurrently while still meeting deadlines.
• Must be self-directed on a daily basis, take responsibility to complete tasks, and make decisions
within prescribed guidelines without direct instruction.
• Must be able to identify problems as encountered and make quick decisions to determine corrective
action, including rationing out problems that require additional support or assistance.
