領導人資轉型與營運卓越
• 領導全方位人資營運,與企業目標及文化更新保持一致。
• 支援組織重整與變革管理計畫。
• 推動人資數位化工具及自動化流程,以提升效率。
在地化並落實全球人資政策
• 將總部人資政策調整符合法規與員工文化。
• 制定並落實績效管理、懲戒程序與人才發展相關SOP。
• 確保持續遵守台灣勞基法及公司規章。
監督人才生命周期與法遵管理
• 主導招募策略、員工入職與離職流程。
• 專注於關鍵人才與主管階層招聘與留才策略。
• 定期更新勞動契約與法定人資文件。
強化員工關係與參與度
• 作為總部與台灣辦公室之間的主要聯絡窗口。
• 迅速且公平地處理員工申訴與問題。
• 設計並執行員工參與計畫與溝通機制。
人資報告與策略支援
• 提供管理層定期人資分析與人力報告。
• 透過人才趨勢與風險洞察,參與策略規劃。
• 監控人資指標以推動持續優化。
Job Summary:
Star Infinity Empire Ltd. is seeking a strategic, bilingual HR Manager with strong English and Mandarin communication skills to lead and execute end-to-end HR operations in Taiwan. This role demands a high level of cultural intelligence, operational excellence, and the ability to translate global HR directives into localized, compliant, and effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead HR Transformation & Operational Excellence
• Direct full-spectrum HR operations aligned with business goals and culture renewal.
• Support restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Implement HR digital tools and automation for improved efficiency.
2. Localize & Embed Global HR Policies
• Adapt global HR policies to local laws and workforce culture.
• Develop and enforce SOPs in performance management, disciplinary processes, and talent development.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Taiwan labor law and company policy.
3. Oversee Talent Lifecycle & Compliance
• Lead recruitment strategy, onboarding programs, and exit processes.
• Drive leadership and critical talent hiring with a focus on retention.
• Maintain updated employment contracts and statutory documentation.
4. Strengthen Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as the main liaison between HQ and the Taiwan office.
• Facilitate resolution of employee grievances in a timely and fair manner.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives and communication channels.
5. HR Reporting & Strategic Support
• Deliver regular HR analytics and workforce reports to management.
• Contribute to strategic planning through insights on talent trends and risks.
• Monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan labor law and global HR frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
