  • 工作內容 - Real Estate daily operation in Taichung factory. - Familiar with Taiwan real estate market, market player, data, pricing, contract conditions, etc. It includes the practical application towards RE business processes such as site selection process and conjunction to internal business case. - Set up and ensure high service standards combined with cost efficient management, including vendor management if applicable.
