工作內容
Job Responsibilities
1. Communicate effectively in English, including handling business correspondence, document translation, and email communication; assist management with quotation preparation, submission, and follow-up.
2. Actively develop domestic and international markets, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Manage import and export operations for the company’s products and ensure smooth execution of international trade transactions.
4. Prepare, review, and manage trade-related documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other export documentation.
5. Coordinate closely with overseas customers and suppliers, as well as domestic customs brokers and freight forwarders, to arrange shipments and delivery schedules.
6. Follow up on sales orders, production progress, delivery timelines, and shipment status to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Assist with customs clearance, export procedures, and related administrative tasks.
8. Support sales-related accounting tasks, including payment follow-up, reconciliation, and documentation management.
9. Maintain and update customer databases, sales orders, and shipment records to ensure accurate and timely information.
10. Perform other sales, business development, and international trade–related duties as assigned by management.
工作內容
1.具備英文溝通能力,能進行英文書信往返、文件翻譯與郵件處理,並協助主管進行報價作業及回傳。
2.到職後以國內外業務開發與客戶維繫為主要工作核心。
3.辦理公司產品之進出口貿易相關作業。
4.製作、確認及管理國貿相關文件,包括 Invoice、Packing List、提單、原產地證明等。
5.與國外客戶、供應商,以及國內報關行、貨運承攬商進行聯繫與協調出貨事宜。
6.追蹤訂單進度、交期安排及貨物運送狀況,確保出貨順利。
7.協助處理報關作業、出口文件及相關行政事務。
8.協助國貿帳務對帳、款項追蹤及相關資料整理。
9.建立、更新並維護客戶資料、訂單及出貨紀錄。
10.其他主管交辦之國際貿易及業務相關事項。
