How does HR work in a multinational company? Come to join us to learn how HR support the learning needs for employees, attract the best potential talents and retain the best people in our organisation. As our Human Resource intern in People and Organization department, you will focus on the projects but not limited to career development month and support the employee engagement events in NNTW.
What will you mainly do
l Career Development Month
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for the 2027 Career Development Month.
- Propose and implement promotional project ideas, such as sharing engaging posts on Viva Engage.
- Screen, source, and finalize relevant learning topics and vendors for training opportunities.
- Work closely with external vendors to design training content and event experiences.
- Regularly summarize e-learning resources and distribute e-learning emails to employees to keep them informed.
l Employee Engagement Support
- Help maintain and update the AskHR article platform
- Analyze OHS and other employee surveys to gather insights that drive positive workplace changes.
- Manage the NN Star Award promotion, from planning to analysis, recognizing the exceptional contributions of your peers.
- Assist in logistics for company events, contributing to memorable experiences for all employees.
l Recruitment & Ad-hoc
- Support Contractor and Intern recruitment, such as internship promotion on school job boards and recruitment process
- Streamline preboarding processes and support onboarding process
- Vendor Management (Expense and contract) & Ad-hoc
We expect you to be
l A postgraduate student majoring in HR, MBA, Employee Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
l Innovative, with experience in managing social media. Basic graphic design and video production skills to facilitate visual communication are a plus.
l Fluent in English writing
l Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with familiarity in MS 365 Copilot and AI-enabled tools.
l Able to work independently with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a strong team player.
l Strong project management skills, with working experience in developing and executing project plans.
l Office hours: at least 3 days per week
