You will act as the crucial liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team, translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable, and testable functional requirements. Key Responsibilities ● Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review. ● Documentation & Modeling: Create detailed artifacts including User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Wireframes (in collaboration with UX), and Data Flow Diagrams. ● Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations across various business units, ensuring alignment on project scope, priorities, and requirements. ● Agile Support: Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, supporting the Product Owner and development team by refining the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and clarifying requirements during sprints. ● Analysis & Solutioning: Perform feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments to propose optimal software solutions that meet business needs and technical constraints. ● Validation & Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and ensure that delivered solutions successfully meet the documented business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner, specifically within a software development or IT environment. ● Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clickup, Xmind) and process modeling tools. ● Communication: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose innovative and practical solutions. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
