Main Responsibilities:
The Export Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team in handling orders, shipments, and import/export documentation. This role also involves providing administrative assistance such as data organization, report preparation, customer communication, and internal coordination. The position requires attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and proficiency in office administration. The assistant will also help supervisors with assigned tasks.
Order and Shipment Management: Handle and track customer orders, confirm delivery schedules, assist sales staff with shipment arrangements, and prepare related shipping documents.
Import and Export Operations: Assist with customs declarations, prepare export/import documentation, and coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies.
Customer and Internal Communication: Maintain communication with customers, respond to emails, and assist sales representatives with internal administrative matters.
Report and Document Handling: Prepare regular sales reports, organize customer data, invoices, and contracts, and manage document filing.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for sales operations, including payment processing and online banking tasks.
