  • 工作內容 崗位核心職責 一、智慧數據分析與業務洞察 1.建構並完善業務的數據監控與指標體系，能敏銳地發現數據波動背後的業務問題與機會。 2.獨立完成從資料擷取、清洗、分析到洞察提煉的全流程，產出高品質的分析報告，並為營運策略、產品最佳化提供有資料支撐的建議。 3.超越常規描述性分析，主動運用因果推論（如雙重差分、合成控制法）、歸因分析、預測預警等AI方法，深度診斷業務根因，揭示關鍵驅動因素。 二、AI模型與應用落地 1.將至少20％的工作重心投入於AI應用的探索與實踐，主導或深度參與智能決策產品（如智能推薦、用戶畫像、時序預測、自然語言處理NLP）的方案設計、效果評估與落地優化。 2.與演算法工程師、產品經理緊密協作，為演算法最佳化提供資料分析支持，並將資料分析成果轉化為可解釋、可操作的資料產品或自動化解決方案。 3.探索並推動資料治理體系的智慧化升級，例如利用AI實現元資料管理、資料品質監控與異常檢測的自動化。 三、跨部門協作與賦能 建立高效率的跨團隊合作機制，確保數據分析結論與AI解決方案能有效傳遞給技術與非技術夥伴，並推動落實。 透過組織工作坊、內部培訓等形式，提升整個組織的資料素養和AI應用能力，催化資料智慧在業務場景中的規模化應用。 必需條件： 學歷與背景：統招本科及以上學歷，統計、數學、電腦科學、資料科學或AI相關專業優先。 工作經驗：擁有3年以上網路或相關產業的資料分析經驗，有知名大型網路公司（大廠）完整專案經驗者最佳。 AI實踐：具備成熟的AI計畫實戰經驗，至少在以下一到多個領域有深入理解與實踐：使用者畫像、智慧推薦、因果推論與歸因分析、時序預測、自然語言處理（NLP）。 技術工具： 熟練使用 SQL 進行複雜資料擷取與處理。 精通 Python 或 R 進行資料分析和建模。 熟悉常用資料視覺化工具，如 Tableau 或 Power BI。 核心能力：具備優秀的邏輯思維、資料敏感度和商業洞察力，優秀的溝通表達能力和專案推動力。
