1.Oversee the operations and staff allocation of all hotel kitchens to ensure smooth daily operations.
2.Develop and implement dining strategies, annual operational plans, and marketing initiatives to enhance business performance.
3.Plan and innovate menus by integrating customer preferences with restaurant resources to develop and update dishes.
4.Supervise dish preparation, portioning, and plating to ensure consistent quality.
5.Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations and food safety standards.
6.Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to enhance the team‘s professional skills.
7.Possess experience in ingredient cost calculation and standardized product preparation.
8.Manage food and labor costs while proposing promotional and optimization plans.
9.Monitor kitchen equipment safety, hygiene, and maintenance to ensure employee safety and food sanitation.
10.Interact with customers, collect feedback, and handle complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and brand image.
