Support TPC customer daily operation to identify network potential risk, identify if anything relevant with optimization change objects which recently done 1.根據區域系統架構設計師提供的 HLD（高階設計）與 LLD（低階設計），撰寫 MOP/SOP 作業文件 2.與 TPC 客戶溝通異動範圍與作業步驟（MOP/SOP）細節 3. 按照核准時程執行異動作業（可能需值班/夜班） 4. 驗證異動結果並回報給管理團隊 5. 若出現問題，回報 SA 並與其合作找出根本原因（RCA） 6. 彙整異動與驗證結果，與客戶舉辦 workshop 分享經驗，並作為對客戶的 OJT（在職訓練） 7. 協助客戶每日網路維運，辨識潛在風險，確認是否與近期優化異動項目有關
