  • 工作內容 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive the successful definition and delivery of our software products. You will act as the crucial liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team, translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable, and testable functional requirements. Key Responsibilities ● Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review. ● Documentation & Modeling: Create detailed artifacts including User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Wireframes (in collaboration with UX), and Data Flow Diagrams. ● Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations across various business units, ensuring alignment on project scope, priorities, and requirements. ● Agile Support: Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, supporting the Product Owner and development team by refining the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and clarifying requirements during sprints. ● Analysis & Solutioning: Perform feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments to propose optimal software solutions that meet business needs and technical constraints. ● Validation & Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and ensure that delivered solutions successfully meet the documented business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner, specifically within a software development or IT environment. ● Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clickup, Xmind) and process modeling tools. ● Communication: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose innovative and practical solutions. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
