Your main responsibilities will be: - Support shipping operations activities, close contact with shipowners/ masters and coordination with local agent, suppliers, to carry out the required tasks in timely manner - Responsible for follow up with project development of OWF project - Being point of contact answering customers questions by phone, email - Attending to meetings with clients, subcontractors, internal departments - Support onsite activities if required - Ensure project compliance to local regulations - Issue PDA and cost estimation To succeed in this role, you: - Have at least 3 years experience in Taiwan ports (preferably Taichung port) 具備台中港船務代理經驗: 至少3年 - Have experience in handling Foreign offshore windfarm vessel, breakbulk vessel, LNG vessel or other foreign vessel 有經驗處理離案風電船之案子或處理過其他國外工作船,散裝船, LNG船為優先 - Excellent communication skills and team spirit 具備良好溝通能力 並 能與團隊合作分工 - Structure and organized working style 有系統條理性的工作方式 - Project planning, management and reporting 善於安排專案計劃 管理 並定期匯報 - Able to communicate in both Traditional Chinese and English, especially communicate with foreigners directly 具備中英文溝通能力, 能直接與外國客人溝通 - Able to work independently but also as a team player 能獨立作業, 也能與團隊相互合作 - Customs experience is a plus ! 有報關或進口相關經驗為優 - New recruit shall receive related educational training by the company, which will be consideration for job role assignment and future promotion.

Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position  Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable.  Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Knowledge and experience in CargoWise preferred.  Fluent written and spoken English.
