This leader will be responsible for driving overseas market expansion, formulating and executing business strategies, building and maintaining key client relationships, and enhancing the company’s global performance and brand presence. 【主要職責】 1.制定海外市場拓展策略與年度業務目標 2.分析市場趨勢與競爭者動態，開發潛在國家與區域機會 3.建立與管理當地合作夥伴、代理商、經銷商與關鍵客戶 4.跨部門協作（如研發、法務、財務）以確保專案順利執行 5.領導海外業務團隊，指導當地團隊招募、績效與營運管理 6.定期向高層報告海外業務成果與策略建議 【Key Responsibilities】 1.Develop international market expansion strategies and annual business goals 2.Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify new countries and regional opportunities 3.Build and manage relationships with local partners, agents, distributors, and key clients 4.Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution 5.Lead the international business team, including talent recruitment, performance management, and operations oversight in overseas teams 6.Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management 【資格條件】 1.商業管理、國際貿易、國際企業或相關科系碩士學位以上 2.至少8年以上國際業務或海外市場經驗，3年以上管理經驗 3.熟悉國際合約談判、當地法規與商業文化 4.英語流利（如有第二外語如日文、西班牙文佳） 5.具備高適應力、策略思維與出色的人際溝通技巧 6.可配合出差或海外駐點 【Qualifications】 1.Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related fields 2.Minimum 8 years of international business or overseas market experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role 3.Strong knowledge of international contract negotiation, local regulations, and business cultures 4.Fluent in English (additional languages such as Japanese or Spanish are a plus) 5.High adaptability, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills 6.Willingness to travel frequently or be stationed abroad as needed
