工作內容
-It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
-MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
-It is part of your role and your responsibility to fully support all learning and development activities.
-You shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard stored information and not divulge or otherwise transfer any personal data concerning the guests, customers or colleagues, or any confidential information concerning the hotel unless with the appropriate authority.
-Use of the hotel’s network, computers or internet access which is in the hotel’s view unreasonable or inappropriate, for example gambling, chatroom, or pornographic material, is a serious breach of hotel policy and grounds for summary dismissal.
-Support and adhere to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
-Ensure compliance with the MOHG Social Media Policy, i.e. to be fully responsible for the content you publish on any social media platform, including your personal site.
-Mandarin Oriental, Taipei has zero tolerance on all forms of harassment or discrimination, i.e. it is strictly forbidden to discriminate based on gender, disability, including physical or medical condition, race, colour, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, sexual orientation, marital status, or for any other reason.
-Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance to the Director of Commercial Strategy.
-Manage the Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Handle incoming calls and correspondence on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
-Ensure all incoming mail and emails are properly channeled and responded to in accordance with prescribed standards.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining confidentiality.
-Supervise all Sales Coordinators and ensure effective support across the department.
-Maintain close coordination with all Sales & Marketing support team.
-Oversee administrative workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.
-Monitor and ensure adherence to grooming standards among team members.
-Oversee the administrative operations of the Sales & Marketing department.
-Prepare relevant documents for daily morning meetings.
-Ensure documents requiring General Manager approval are properly prepared and processed.
-Organize onboarding arrangements for new team members, including workspace setup and coordination.
-Maintain inventory control of marketing collateral, corporate giveaways, and office stationery.
-Assist with petty cash management and expense claims processing.
-Produce and submit month-end sales production reports to the Corporate Office.
-Assist in the compilation and submission of the annual Marketing Plan for the hotel.
-Ensure all departmental correspondence adheres to Mandarin Oriental, Taipei prescribed standards.
-Facilitate effective internal communication within the department and with other departments.
-Carry out any task assigned by the management from time to time.
