The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic role who responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding and retention—while building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with HR Business Partner to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top-tier candidates.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report on performance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within recruitment practices.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to Human Resources Director
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Taiwan market, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic planning, and employer branding.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System platforms and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Demonstrated commitment to DEI and inclusive hiring practices.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Experience with recruitment marketing, campus hiring, or AI-powered sourcing tools is preferrable.
