Hanna Instruments is the world‘s largest manufacturer of chemical analysis equipment. We design, manufacture, and distribute user-friendly, cost-effective, high-quality equipment for applications in laboratories, food and beverage production processes, water treatment, agriculture, aquaculture, electroplating, and more. Our product range includes handheld devices, benchtop equipment, single and multiple parameter meters that are compact and versatile for use in processes, lab settings, and field operations.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing a specific territory of key accounts by providing advanced service and technical support to customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Visit customers to provide technical information, product demonstration and/or technical seminar.
Increase market share by creating new business and customer relationship management.
Attend exhibitions/ seminars/ conferences to get in touch with potential customers, expand brand awareness, and keep up with the latest market trend.
Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers with new and existing customers.
Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, and unit targets.
Work together with the Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or other related science departments.
Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet the needs and targets of the business
Capable of customers’ complaint handling and solution providing
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities
Able to do product introduction, training, and basic after sales service
Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin
Basic command in English
Willingness and ability to travel (up to 70%) based on the needs of the territory
Must have a valid driver’s license, and own a car
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Chemical testing instrument market knowledge & experience
Laboratory Hands on experience in any of the testing instruments
A proven track record of success in Sales/Customer Service type roles

化學、生物、環檢或其他相關科學專業的學士學位。
能夠策略性地規劃、組織和分配資源,以滿足業務需求和目標
能夠自主處理客戶投訴並提供解決方案
精通銷售原則和談判技巧,並具備敏銳的商機辨識能力
能獨立進行產品介紹、教育訓練,以及基本售後服務
中文溝通與報告能力
基本英語能力
願意且能依所在區域需求出差(最高可達70%)
必須持有汽車駕照並有自用車
