工作內容 - Develop and execute digital growth strategies that align with our overall business objectives. - Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations including SEM, display, and social media marketing, also communications with digital media optimization. - Well understanding of digital analytics such as CPC, CPM, ROAS, GA etc. metrics - Evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities against goals and generate new insights to further improve on the effectiveness. - Manage own media communication including APP Push and EDM, secure the performance, meet business targets and deliver personalized contents. - Contribute as a key member of e-Commerce team to drive EC sales and digital marketing goals, identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities to increase traffic and sales conversion. - Understand technology and media development, sharing and actively contributing new ideas to the team. - Collaborate with other departments and GHQ teams to ensure a cohesive approach to digital growth. - Design and implement event promotion including EC exclusive and all stores’ events. - Initiate the cooperation with 3rd parties to leverage event performance and volume in the market. - Create the best budget allocation portfolio based on media performance and purpose.
