工作內容：Overview We are seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer - Marine in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training on Garmin Marine products to boat OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), regional distributors and sales representatives. Essential Functions • Act as embedded Garmin technical representative to ensure installations meet Garmin standards for quality and functionality • Provide on-site support of Marine OEM Installations and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment • Verify reported defective products at Customer’s facility • Maintains expert Garmin Marine product knowledge. Leads field investigations and responses for critical issues. • Investigate and deliver product information for new products and services to regional sales rep and distributors by creating or coordinating the creation of knowledgebase content and structure • Creates, reviews and delivers training materials on time and with accurate and relevant information • Provides counsel regarding troubleshooting and resolution of problems of the product in the field and issues with process by interacting with various internal departments • Demonstrates strong communication skills.
