工作內容：理級主管： 1. 建立和優化庶務採購的管理策略，制定並優化採購流程，完善公司採購制度。 2. 負責庶務採購團隊管理，人員發展及年度績效考核，領導團隊持續改進，提高效率。 3. 推動改進措施，優化運營和流程，目標是降低成本、縮短履行交貨期以及提高客户體驗 4.與公司內部其他部門協調合作，確保物料供應的穩定性和即時性。 5.指導團隊建立供應商管理策略，按業務需求、物料特性等確立供應商分級管理機制，有效管理供應商並維護供應商關係，為穩定的物料供應提供保障。 課級主管： 1. 採購跨集團之總體規劃，與公司內部資源調度和溝通協調 2. 負責供應商開發與評鑑、並建立採購標準，供應商談判議價，在確保物料供應和質量的前提下，優化採購成本。 3. 整理、核對、及輸入採購資料，並管控訂單與交期 4. 結合公司及部門年度目標，負責制定採購團隊績效目標並實施有效管理，如採購成本優化，物料準時準量到貨率等，定期向上級部門匯報績效結果。

工作內容：1. 生產線電線押出機台操作，並維持機台及生產線正常運作 2. 生產設備日常調校、保養、維護、異常處理及相關文件之撰寫。 3. 具獨立作業能力、基本英文溝通能力。 4. 錄取後先至工廠培訓，之後派至美國廠(德克薩斯州_達拉斯Dallas)工作
