工作內容：※薪資： 月薪新臺幣11萬元起（依學經歷核敘） 另視派遣地區提供每月900美元到4,250美元不等之艱苦加給 ※工作內容： 1.依計畫執行協議與計畫書執行業務，協助索馬利蘭資通訊科技部進行工作圈協調與輔導，並適時宣傳計畫執行成果。 2.強化索蘭政府資訊與資安系統基礎建設，包含協助國家資料暨資安中心（NDC）建置，提供3優先部會運用共構機房服務，以及協助NDC取得ISO/IEC 27001認證。 3.協助索蘭政府辦理資訊與資安人員能力建構，包含辦理ISO/IEC 27001訓練講習，協助NDC管理團隊導入資訊安全管理制度，協助索馬利蘭創新園區（SIZ）開設資訊與資安訓練課程及種子師資培訓； 4.協助駐索馬利蘭代表處資通訊及數位化相關計畫之評估、設計、規畫、與協商等計畫準備工作。 5.其他各項配合本會交辦事務。 ※年度預訂目標： 1.協助NDC專案辦公室按季舉辦工作圈協調會議； 2.辦理NDC建置、營運輔導及導入ISO/IEC 27001認證等採購案管理。 3.協助SIZ按月開設資訊與資安訓練課程，培訓2名以上種子師資取得資訊與資安相關國際認證，以及辦理1場次資安工作坊，提升公私部門人員資安防護能力。 ※預定派遣日期：114年12月
