ISO系統、規章制度，相關標準化制度之規劃、導入、建立、維護。 2. 特殊專案改善推動及稽核。 3. 各單位之政策專案交辦事項之推動及追蹤。 二、負責廠區人力資源、行政總務、廠務、財務等管理事項: 1. 擬定人力資源政策，訂定選、用、育、晉、留的計畫，以達成企業的策略目標。 2. 部門人力評估及協調管理（如：培訓、考核、勞工關係協調）。 3. 管理人力資源相關議題。 4. 廠務、總務、消防、環保、庶務及固定資產相關事務管理與執行。 5. 危化物品使用及各客戶物料的特殊要求執行跟進。 6. 法務與財務管理與協調。 三、其他: 1. 團隊領導、跨部門溝通協調能力佳。 2. 完成上級主管交辦事項。 3. 具有線材或線束組裝生產管理經驗，有海外生產工廠經驗為佳。
