工作內容:SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Infosys is looking for Microsoft Exchange Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Servers and related technologies.
• Administration of email services, mailbox databases, and email security
• Handle user needs and problems, such as mail recycling, mailbox activation, mail blocking, etc.
• Managing and monitoring email infrastructure for high availability and optimal performance.
• Management of Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync, and other Exchange Server features
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of Exchange Server performance and connectivity issues
MUST Have:
• Exchange server 2016 / 2019 maintenance and operation experience
• Mail defense and management with (Proofpoint / Spam SQR / MailAudit)
• Able to speak, read, write in Chinese and English
Qualifications:
• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Exchange Server 2016 / 2019 maintenance with more than 3 years of experience
• Need to understand email defense and archiving mechanisms (Proofpoint / Spam SQR / MailAudit)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with other IT teams and end-users.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Microsoft Exchange Server certifications preferred.
Location:
• On-site at Nankan Yunhang Building from Monday to Friday 08:30~17:30; on-call during the rest of the time
