工作內容：1.空調系統.空壓系統.高真空系統...等廠務設備，保養用零件及部品管控/依排程完成定期保養事項，零件詢價請購/維持設備妥善率。 2.空調系統.空壓系統.高真空系統...等廠務設備，每日開關機.巡檢.異常查修處理，異常發生時故障排除或維修，節電.維持設備妥善率。 3.廠務需求單執行/依各部門提出需求單內容進行/完成各部門需求。 4.ISO 50001系統維護及執行。

工作內容：工作項目： Memory Compiler quality verification and support。 應徵條件： 1. 碩士以上; 電機、電子、資工相關科系畢業為主。 2. Familiar with front-end & back-end model including verilog, liberty (nldm/ccs/lvf), dft, redhawk, lef, spice view。 3. Familiar with physical verification flows including drc, erc, lvs, rc extraction。 4. Familiar with Hspice, Spectre, Solido simulation tool & Virtuso, Laker layout tool。 5. Familiar with Scripting language: Python/Verilog/TCL/Shell/Makefile/C。 6. 具以下條件者佳： (1) 熟悉SRAM操作原理及bit cell特性。 (2) 從事SRAM錯誤分析及良率改善。 (3) 具矽智財合約管理經驗。

工作內容：【Job Description】 ●Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve engineering challenges using data-driven approaches. ●Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and manage the development of internal data-driven reports, dashboards, or systems to support decision-making. ●Work closely with IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and implement dashboards or systems, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery. ●Regularly compile and analyze data to generate actionable insights. ●Present findings in well-structured reports, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks. 【Qualification】 ●Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Information Management or a related field. ●2-4 years of experience in project management, NPI process or data analytics role. ●Proven ability to interpret data into actionable plans or insights. ●Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. ●Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar topics such as operational processes, engineering data, or internal systems. ●Strong attention to data accuracy, with hands-on experience validating and reconciling datasets from multiple sources by Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or other data analytics tools. ●Hands-on experience in product development or manufacturing process is a plus. ●Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar visualization tools is a plus. ●Fluent in English and can handle cross-site meeting independently (TOEIC 785 and above).
