As a Payroll Excellence Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and adhere to regulations. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, handling employment verification, and safeguarding records with confidentiality. Your attention to detail and adaptability will drive operational excellence and contribute to organizational success. Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Payroll Management: Take ownership of the full payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, bonuses, overtime payments, deductions, and insurance contributions. 2. Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with internal departments (such as HR and Finance) and external stakeholders (such as insurance providers and government agencies) to optimize payroll processes and maintain compliance with regulations. 3. Employment Verification: Respond promptly and professionally to employment verification requests, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all communication. 4.
