1. Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meeting output and quality targets.
2. Leading and managing production teams, recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
3. Analyze and improve production processes, increase productivity and reduce costs.
4. Ensure that products comply with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
5. Manage manufacturing budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
6. Ensure that the production process complies with safety regulations and standards.
7. Cross-department collaboration: to ensure that production is consistent with the company‘s overall goals.
8. Implement policy management and achieve manufacturing KPIs.
9. Manage manufacturing WIP, inventory, and loss and scrap management to achieve company goals
10. Leading and resolution the line issue troubleshooting
11. 5S management ＆ implementation
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.

4、預算之編制與執行進度之記錄
5、各類內控流程之討論與宣導
6、異常情形之提醒,報告及協助處理
7、總部各部門主管之對應窗口
8、部門管理及其他主管交辦事項
任職資格
1、高度意願接受長期外派(至少2年)，有巴西經驗者尤佳
2、至少會計經驗10年以上，主管經驗5年以上
3、曾待過上市櫃公司者或大型事務所優先
4、熟悉SAP系統
5、高抗壓性，能配合總部與巴西溝通時段，及月底結帳要求
